Discuss your event01Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the event QR code and continue in their phone browser. The experience is designed to be quick and familiar without an app store or account password.
02How does a guest find their photos?
The guest adds one reference selfie. Nexus uses it to discover matching event photos and builds a personal Your Moments gallery that can continue updating as new photographs arrive.
03Does everyone see every photo?
No. Recognized matches go to the relevant personal gallery. Separate photos of décor, performers or atmosphere can be intentionally selected for the public Event Highlights gallery.
04Can the gallery match our event or brand?
Yes. Each event can use its own logo, colors, background, title, welcome message and gallery style, whether it is a wedding, corporate event, gala or private celebration.
05Can guests download and print photos?
Direct download is part of the gallery experience. Favorites and DNP printing can also be enabled for selected events, with guest limits and approval for additional print requests.
06What happens if a guest returns later?
A returning guest can request a secure gallery link by email instead of registering again. The recovered link opens the complete gallery experience, including fullscreen viewing and downloads.
07How is privacy handled?
Personal galleries use protected access. Events can define a gallery expiry period, accept deletion requests and make photo notification emails optional. Exact retention and consent terms are agreed for each event.
08What is checked before the event starts?
Nexus preflight verifies the active event, capture folder, storage, QR access, email delivery and optional printing. Operational monitoring then keeps the important services visible during the event.
